Armed Forces Covenant

We are proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant with the UK Ministry of Defence.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a commitment between the Armed Forces community, the nation and the Government.  It encapsulates the moral obligation to ensure that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly.  By working with a range of businesses, local authorities, charities and the public, the Government is committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for the Armed Forces community.

The Covenant’s twin underlying principles are that members of the Armed Forces community should face no disadvantage compared to other citizens in the provision of public and commercial services. Furthermore, special consideration is appropriate in some cases, especially for those who have given the most, such as the injured or the bereaved.

We are proud to be accepted onto the register, which we feel is a cornerstone to our commitment to our Armed Forces, and their families.
